(3) Works performed in the section:
 

In the year 2015-2016 the Government's development agenda for the public hearing held at the disposal of the Integrated Grievance Redressal System- jan Sunwai has been developed. Review and monitoring functions of the system is done. This system is used settle the problems faced.

  General register, Receipt register, UO register, R.T.I register, Peon book and File register.
(5) Procedure adopted in dealing/disposal of matters :
 

Chief Minister's Office received complaints have registered on (Integrated Grievance Redressal System)- Jan Sunwai Portal is On-Line transmitted to the concerned department for disposal.

(a)- Expectation and orders of Hon'ble Chief Minister.

(b)- U.P. Secretariat Manual.

(c)- U.P. State Employees Conduct Rules.

(d)- Other order@rules issued form time and in force.

(7) Budget :
 

No budget is allotted to the section and no budget related work is done.

(8) Assistance/Welfare Programme and details of persons benefited :
 

Citizen of the state's problems received from different medium will be disposed by Integrated Grievance Redressal System-jan Sunwai. From this system Sashan/Department/Government office would communicate easily between citizens. Citizen will be able to lodge complaints and track complaints at any time. The facility of monitoring and disposal will be also available to the related department/authorities.
