(3) Works performed in the section:
 

Under the development agenda of the government, Integrated Grievance Redressal System (IGRS) has been developed to resolve public problems. The work of reviewing and monitoring this system is done in the section. Apart from this, work related to budget related to Chief Minister Command and Control Central, CM Dashboard, CMIS Portal, Human Resource Portal, e-Requisition, ISP Portal and all related works, ranking of IGRS and CM Dashboard are carried out.

(4) Records maintained by the section :
  General Register , Receipt Register , UO Register , RTI Register , Punch Book , File Register are maintained.
(5) Procedure adopted in dealing/disposal of matters :
 

After reviewing the complaints received in the Chief Minister's Office through IGRS and CM Dashboard, letter is forwarded to the district officials.

(6) Rules and Regulation in effect for conduct of work :
 

(a)- Expectation and orders of Hon'ble Chief Minister.

(b)- U.P. Secretariat Manual.

(c)- U.P. State Employees Conduct Rules.

(d)- Other orders/rules issued form time and in force.

(e)- Government orders related to IGRS.

(7) Budget :
 

Public Grievance Section -5 has been allocated a government budget of Rs. 10.00 Crore from which the necessary budget for the functioning of the Chief Minister Command Center is issued.

(8) Assistance/Welfare Programme and details of persons benefited :
 

Citizen of the state's problems received from different medium will be disposed by Integrated Grievance Redressal System-jan Sunwai. From this system Sashan/Department/Government office would communicate easily between citizens. Citizen will be able to lodge complaints and track complaints at any time. The facility of monitoring and disposal will be also available to the related department/authorities.
