In the year 2015-2016 the Government's development agenda for the public
hearing held at the disposal of the Integrated Grievance Redressal System-
jan Sunwai has been developed. Review and monitoring functions of the system
is done. This system is used settle the problems faced. |

Chief Minister's Office received complaints have registered on (Integrated

Citizen of the state's problems received from different medium will be
disposed by Integrated Grievance Redressal System-jan Sunwai. From this
system Sashan/Department/Government office would communicate easily between
citizens. Citizen will be able to lodge complaints and track complaints at
any time. The facility of monitoring and disposal will be also available to
the related department/authorities. |
