3. Matters Dealt with in the Section
  a. Disposal and monitoring work of letters addressed to Ho’ble Chief Minister/His Excellency the Governor received by post from all the divisions of Uttar Pradesh.
  b. Work regarding preparation of monthly/quarterly progress report and other related information’s of Public grievance department/directorate.
  c. Monitoring and disposal of all letters received from the Ho’ble Prime Minister’s office.
   
4. Records to be maintained in the section
  1. Sending letters signed by higher officials to the departments allotted to Public Grievance Section-1 ( Labour, Panchayati Raj, Co-operation, Transport, Civil Defence, Political Pension & Freedom Fighters Welfare Council, Rural Engineering Services, Parliamentary Affairs, Geology & Mining, Food Safety & Pharmaceuticals ), to the concerned departments.
  2. Acknowledgement of letters/references in original sent to various Administrative Departments and Heads of Departments for necessary action and maintenance of registers/books pertaining to the Cell.
  3. Action/dispatch as per prescribed system on references received from Hon'ble Prime Minister's Office through PG Portal.
  4. Acknowledgement of references received physically from Hon'ble Prime Minister's Office and maintenance of register/books pertaining to the Cell.
  5. Disposal of applications received in physical form under relevant sections of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
  6. Disposal of applications received under relevant sections of the Right to Information Act, 2005 through e-office.
   
5. Procedure to be adopted for disposal of matters:-
 

Quality testing of references received on the Jansunwai portal and action/dispatch on single 'C' category and 'CC' category letters as per the prescribed system.

On the basis of orders issued by the government from time to time and Secretarial Manual and Rules of Business.
