1- Opening of letters and distribution
among office Assistants.
2- Putting up the files to the concerned

5- Preparation of the bill against
payment order received from C.M. Office section-4 & 5 then sending bill to
treasury for token number.

7- Receiving DD from SBI Jawahar Bhawan
and send to medical institute for medical treatment of patient and provide
economic relief to Distress person through District Magistrate. Providing
necessary information to the patent through speed post.

utilization of grant from medical institute and D.M., feeding data into computer
and deposit unutilized amount into treasury.

6- Adopted Procedure for dealing the Matters
of Chief Minister Distress relief Fund:-
1- Opening of letters and distribution
among office Assistants.
2- Putting up the files to the concerned
officers for orders.
3- Performing necessary action related
to the orders or approval in the file.
4- Appealing for Donation and
subscription money from public and depositing it with "Chief Minister Distress
Relief Fund" Bank Account.
5- Sending the relief to distress
person/distress person family by order of Hon. Chief Minister and payment be
made by DD/cheque in condition of natural disaster and flood etc. in U.P. or
other states of the country.
6- Reimbursing from Chief Minister
Discretionary Fund, the sanctioned amount of Chief Minister Distress Fund's full
or part amount by putting the matte into file and sending it to C.M. Office-4/5 for
disposal.
7- Investing/reinvesting the available
amount of distress relief Fund from time to time in accordance with maximum bank
interest rates provided by the bank.
8- Maintaining the Cash Book of C.M.
Distress Relief fund.
