4.

Records to be maintained in the section.

  4.1

All work related with the maintenance of records of officers/employees posted in Chief Minister's office/public grievance of U.P. secretariat.

  4.2

All work related with the maintenance of records of declarations made by the honorable Chief Minister from time to time.

  4.3

All work for giving guidelines to all sections of Chief Minister's  office/public grievance for disposal of applications received under Right to Information Act 2005.

 

5.

Procedure adopted for the matters being dealt with

  5.1

Applications regarding service matters of officers/employees posted in the C.M. office/public grievance of UP secretariat or entered in the register and the matters are dealt with under the provisions mentioned in the orders issued from time to time by the govt. in the files of the concerned officers/employees.

  5.2

After receiving the list of declaration made by the Chief Minister from time to time from higher level, they are entered in the register and are distributed to the concerned departments for action.

  5.3

Application received under Right to Information Act, 2005 are entered in the register and distributed to all sections of Chief Minister's office/Public grievances for the action.

 

6. Useful legal Provisions
   

All the work in performed in accordance with the secretariat manual/Rules of Business applicable in the Uttar Pradesh Secretariat.

 

7.

Budget and its utilization

  7.1

Requisition for budget is made from the finance department for sanctioning vehicle Advance/House building advance and repair advance/computer advance to the officer/employees of the chief minister's office/Public Grievance department and when budget is received, the advances are sanctioned to the officers/employees for the above purposes.

  7.2 There is no budget allotment for the implementation of declarations made by the Chief Minister from time to time.
