Distribution of centralized mail.

To acknowledge receipt of letters sent by the state-level office bearers of all political parties except the state-level President/Vice president/General secretary of political parties, former legislators, editors and bureau chiefs of major newspapers and member of parliament, Registrar of Hon. Supreme Court/High Court and Universities and to dispatch these with the orders of the competent authority to the department/office concerned and to maintain these.
