Works Being performed in the section.

  2.1

Under The Uttar Pradesh work (Distribution) Rules, 1975 the Chief Minister's officer Section-I deals with the dispatch and disposal of the letters received from his Excellency/The President/Vice President/Prime Minister/Speaker and Deputy Speaker, Lok Sabha/Rajya Sabha, H'ble Central ministers, H.E. The Governor, secretary to the Governor, Speaker, Vidhan Sabha, Vidhan Parishad, U.P. and Chief Ministers from other states and other Ministers from other status and other Ministers along with foreign embassies/Justices of Supreme Court and High Court Vice Chancellors, Nominated Chairperson/Deputy Chairperson/Administrator/Managing Director/Director of boards, corporations and institutional organizations/Besides letters and memorandums from Vyapar mandal/Kissan Unions and other special Service association are acknowledged and after obtaining the orders of competent authority they are forwarded to the concerned departments and monitored by this section.

  2.2

Collection of Important schedule document & Compilation and maintenance of routine notes prepared for the orders of H'ble Chief Minister.

3. Compilation and maintenance of dispatch register and summary of letters under 2.1 and 2.2 above.
4. Procedure of work
   

On the references covered under 2.1 above, after obtaining orders of the H'ble Chief Minister, the letters are registered in the office documents and there after dispatched the ordered department/work providing units under the rules in force and efforts for disposal are made by sending reminders from time to time.

  5.4 Other orders and rules issued and effective from time to time.
6. Budget
    There is no budget related work in this section.
7. Aids/welfare programmes and details of beneficiaries
  7.1

Grievances of common people of the state and country which are brought to the knowledge of the Honorable Chief Minister through the sources mentioned in para 2.1. are brought to the concerned departments/institutions and are being tried to resolve in a legal way. For this purpose necessary directions are being issued to the concerned departments/institutions and reminders are being sent from time to time to ascertain their compliance.

  7.2

Issue of letter written to the Honorable Prime Minister/Ministers to the govt. of India from the Chief Minister. Regarding public welfare programmes and policy matter of the state.
